Vendasta Pricing & Cost

How much does Vendasta cost? Here is everything we could verify about Vendasta's pricing model, what's included, and the terms — with the sources each figure was traced from.

  • Pricing model: Monthly platform commitment / minimum-spend subscription for channel partners, plus wholesale product purchasing and resale markup; custom enterprise volume pricing is also offered.
  • Starting price: $99 at signing; $99/month minimum spend
  • Typical range: $99-$999 / month minimum spend
  • Billing: Billed monthly. Starter is month-to-month with no contract; Professional and Premium are billed monthly on 1-year contracts. When a partner orders a product, they are billed the wholesale price at purchase, and most products renew monthly (some annual or one-time). Qualifying Vendasta product spend offsets the platform subscription dollar-for-dollar.
  • Contract terms: Starter: no contract. Professional: 1-year contract. Premium: 1-year contract. Custom Enterprise: 1-year contract, billed monthly or annually.
  • Free trial: Free 14-day trial, no credit card required.

What's included

  • Access to wholesale pricing for resellable Vendasta products and services
  • Starter includes 1 team member seat, 10 Snapshot Reports/month, and co-branding with Vendasta
  • Professional includes 5 team member seats, 25 Snapshot Reports/month, and a white-label client portal
  • Premium includes 10 team member seats, 50 Snapshot Reports/month, and a multi-location client portal
  • Ability to add your own products and services and invoice clients through the platform

Vendasta itself now publishes a clear pricing structure on its own pricing page: Starter has a $99/month minimum spend, Professional $499/month, and Premium $999/month, each shown as a $0 subscription with an at-signing platform fee equal to the first month and with qualifying Vendasta product spend reducing the subscription fee. Third-party directory pages partly corroborate the model but are inconsistent on exact historical figures: DesignRush lists the same monthly plan levels and annual equivalents, while GoodFirms still shows an older/alternative '$79 per month' Standard entry. Clutch does not disclose direct rates, but indicates reviewed project spend was commonly under $10,000; that is directory/review context, not Vendasta-published platform pricing.
